Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong phone etiquette, and have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage staff effectively while ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service. LIGHTSPEED EXPERIENCE IS HEAVILY PREFERRED!

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure adherence to company standards and exceptional guest relations.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and tact, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and special requests to optimize occupancy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for guests.
  • Implement hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the front office budget, including monitoring expenses related to staffing and supplies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a hotel or resort setting, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong background in hospitality management with an emphasis on guest relations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
