Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Director of Front Office / Rooms Division Manager for the Kansas City Airport Marriott in Kansas City, MO.
Your expertise shapes us :
This position is responsible for overseeing all day to day Rooms Division operations to deliver an excellent service experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following :
- Ensures the efficient and effective operations of the Hotel
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Room Division team and other team members
- Ensures the guest satisfaction levels and monitor guest service scores, comments, and social interactions to provide continuous improvement.
- Participates in the development of short term and long term financial and operational plans for the hotel.
- Ensure security and safety for the hotel’s assets.
- Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers.
- Ensures Hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Assists General Manager with the execution of hotel objectives.
