Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
• Provide support during catering events or special functions as required.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in bartending or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
