We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring that all spa facilities are well-maintained and that guests have a pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about spa services and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
- Prepare and restock supplies, such as towels, robes, and toiletries, ensuring availability for guests.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms before and after services.
- Monitor and maintain the overall ambiance of the spa, including lighting, music, and temperature.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Education & Experience:
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- College course work in related field helpful.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
Physical requirements:
- Long hours sometimes required.
- Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
Mental requirements:
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
- Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
