- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Clear tables and reset for the next course or event as necessary.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
Skills
- Strong background in hotel or catering environments is preferred.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining attention to detail.
