What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/PBX Agent position at Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside?
We are currently seeking a new team members as Front Desk/PBX Operator at Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside.
Our property offers 485 guest rooms and approximately 30,000 sq feet meeting space.
The individuals will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during arrival, throughout their stay and during their departure, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The individuals will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during arrival, throughout their stay and during their departure, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Some of the other responsibilities of the positions are:
- Checking guests in and out promptly
- Reviewing reservations and assigning rooms based upon availability, special requests and hotel promotions
- Assures guest satisfaction
- Answers phones and questions as asked by the guest
- Communicate all pickup requests from airport to drivers
- Take room service orders over the phone
Requirements:
- Past Marriott experience and PMS knowledge is a plus
- Excellent customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a hotel or a related field required
- Computer experience required
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Must be effective in listening and handling problems
- Flexible and ling hours sometime required
- Ability to stand during entire shift
