Essential Job Functions:
- Provide exceptional service to our guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring their complete satisfaction
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness by meticulously maintaining public areas of the hotel
- Offer clear assistance and guidance to ensure the safety of guests and team members during fire or other emergency situations
- Must work well in a fast peace environment
- Must be able to stoop, bend, sit and stand on a daily basis
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods and work in confined spaces
Education:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Previous Lobby Attendant experience preferred
