- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area.
- Monitor guest needs and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Handle payment transactions and provide accurate change.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions.
