Data Analysis & Forecasting -Use historical data and predictive models to forecast revenue and identify trends.
Competitive Analysis - Monitor competitors pricing strategies and adjust rates accordingly.
Inventory Management -Manage room availability across different booking channels to maximize revenue.
Collaboration with Departments - Work closely with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking -Prepare reports on key metrics like RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
Essential Skills:
Analytical Thinking -Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excel & Revenue Management Software Proficiency - Experience with tools like Excel, Opera, or STR reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
