Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Hotel Manager to join our team at Marriott. As the primary point of contact for hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and increase revenue
- Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are within budget
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
