Marriott Digital Products delivers an exceptional digital customer experience through our portfolio of products, including Marriott.com and the Bonvoy app. We seek a qualified candidate to join the Digital Strategy and Planning Team within Marriott Digital Products in the Director, Digital Strategy and Execution role.
As a key member of the Digital Strategy and Planning team, this role is mainly responsible for performing analysis, developing insights, and translating insights into meaningful recommendations to help drive the growth of Marriott’s digital channels (e.g. Marriott.com, Bonvoy Apps, etc.). The Director will support or project manage cross-functional projects ranging from the co-development of strategic plans / roadmaps to oversight on the execution of cross-functional efforts to drive project goals and desired outcomes. Additionally, the Director will utilize market research and data to form actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
The Director must demonstrate a solid understanding of the hospitality industry, technology, and the various disciplines involved to influence key decisions that ensure the success of the Digital Product agenda. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to influence and manage stakeholders, and a proven ability to effectively drive and manage multiple challenging projects concurrently. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with proven experience in formulating business insights from data and research, defining and implementing processes / projects / programs, providing change management support, and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives forward.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience :
4-year degree (BA / BS) from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related major, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
8 years in business or strategy management, delivery of complex, enterprise / digital initiatives, data analytics, and visualization, demonstrating progressive career growth and leadership patterns.

- Experience working with leadership in establishing visions, formulating plans, and driving complex change through a highly matrixed, global organization.
- Demonstrated experience in creating high-impact presentations and data visualizations to support storytelling and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity efforts and competing priorities.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and building business cases to drive investment and resource decisions.
- Robust analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
- Ability to establish clear communication and storytelling via presentations and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and the ability to influence without direct reporting accountability.

The pay range for this position is $60.38 to $99.38 per hour.
