Role Summary

The Concierge plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer expert advice on local features, including shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational activities.

  3. Book travel arrangements, tours, and restaurant reservations for guests.
  4. ">
  5. Arrange spa appointments, tee times, tickets to events, and other personalized services.

  7. Handle special requests from guests with specific needs, ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable.
  8. ">
  9. Coordinate the delivery of guest amenities and provide luggage assistance when needed.

  11. Maintain accurate records of guest inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.

  13. Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a concierge or similar role, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
  • ">
  • Thorough knowledge of the local area, including attractions, events, and activities.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • ">
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a valuable asset.

  • High school diploma; degree in hospitality or relevant field preferred.
