About the Role:
- Create and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient access to HR documents.
- Type office correspondence using a computer, including emails and memos.
- Distribute and route mail, packages, and other materials within the office.
- Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms to ensure timely delivery.
- Answer phone calls and record messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Create new employee personnel files and assist with onboarding procedures.
- Maintain space designated for completing applications and ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9s. They will also respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
