The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 3-5 years of professional floral production experience (required).

Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing past floral design and production work. (Required)

Technical Skills: Ability to interpret pull sheets, pricing structures, floral formulas, and recipes with accuracy.

Floral Mechanics: Strong knowledge of industry-standard mechanics and techniques for large-scale event installations.

Collaboration: Must take direction seamlessly from the Event Director, Floral Lead, Event Manager, and Lead Planner while maintaining a proactive and solutions-driven approach.

Work Ethic: We maintain high standards and require dedicated collaborators who take pride in their craft and pay meticulous attention to detail.

Position Details:

Freelance / Part-Time: As needed, per project.

Hourly Rate: $20-$30 per hour, based on experience.

Location: Must be available for on-site production and installations as required.
