What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep our inventory organized & efficient – manage new and obsolete items, ensure proper product placement, and optimize storage.
- Maintain accuracy – investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to keep our ERP system aligned with real-world stock.
- Support warehouse efficiency – setup overstock locations and replenishment functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Lead training efforts – act as the go-to expert for picking and receiving training for new and transitioning warehouse employees.
- Drive continuous improvement – identify opportunities to enhance operations and implement cost-saving solutions.
- Prioritize safety – ensure compliance with Mars Electric’s safety procedures to keep our workplace secure.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Inventory management experience required (minimum 2 years)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Eclipse experience is a plus!)
- Basic math & computer skills (Microsoft Outlook proficiency needed)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (RF scanner experience preferred)
- Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
