Administrative Assistant

We are a Bethel based electrical contractor company with over 35 years’ experience, looking to hire a administrative assistant for our office. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, drafting correspondences or messages, answer and direct phone calls. Printing blueprints for estimating staff, logging bid due dates on calendar and creating start up computer folders for bidding jobs.

Requirements:

Construction or trade industry clerical knowledge is encouraged. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
