Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively reach out to potential clients, assessing their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
Policy Servicing : Assist clients in understanding their policies, making necessary changes, and ensuring optimal coverage.
Lead Management : Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, converting them into loyal clients.
Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a keen understanding of various insurance products and services offered by Mars Family Insurance Agency.
Customer Relationship Management : Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients to build long-term relationships.
Industry Awareness : Stay informed about insurance industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

Experience : At least two years of experience in insurance sales or a related industry is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
