Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. This role requires a focus on program development, process management, and conflict resolution to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Duties

• Supervise project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Utilize tools such as ServiceNow for project tracking and management.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage team dynamics through effective conflict management strategies.
• Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals.
• Employ lean methodologies to optimize processes and enhance efficiency in project execution.
• Oversee project engineering activities to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Facilitate program development initiatives that support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability in program development and process management.
• Familiarity with lean principles and their application in project environments.
• Effective conflict management skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
