Project Scope:
The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team. Test Manager plays a central role in the Team. The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the project's success. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the tracking or reporting of testing data and defect management
· Coordinating testing activities and data collection with internal and external customers
· Knowledge and experience with ALM Test management tool and JIRA
· Ability to work under pressure under tight time constraints
· Proficient in defect tracking and management using tools such as ALM and Jira.
· Create metrics to measure application quality and defect tracking.
· Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT staff, and project managers.
Mandatory Skills:
1. 9 years of Experience in writing and executing test cases as well as creating test plans.
2. 9 years of Knowledge of SAAS product testing, software usability concepts and software development lifecycle
3. 9 years of Experience in managing testing process with creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test data for manual testing and automated scripts.
4. 9 years of Ability to generate manual and automated test scripts to support business requirements.
5. 9 years of Experience in writing/testing scripts in electronic medical records practice management, clinical, interface and billing workflows within an EHR application.
6. 9 years of Strong QA automation testing and scription experience using UFT (unified testing tool).
7. 9 years of Strong knowledge of complex SQL query writing and database validation.
8. 9 years of Experience in generating manual and automated test scripts to support business requirements.
9. 9 years of Experience working on different types of testing : eg unit, integration, regression, smoke , user acceptance, system, stress and load/performance.
10. 9 years of Ability to assist by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems or question about programs. Effectively organize and present complex technical information both orally and in writing.
11. 9 years of Experience in collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to understand requirements, identify potential issues, define testing score, and ensure smooth implementation of EHR. Coordinating testing activities and data collection
12. 9 years of Experience in using automated testing tools such as, Katalon, Selenium, ALM, UTF, etc.
13. 9 years of Experience in developing detailed test cases covering various scenarios user roles within the EHR system.
14. 9 years of Experience in creating metrics to measure application quality and defect tracking.
15. 9 years of Experience in mentoring and training QA team members on E HR testing methodologies, best practices, data migration testing and workflows.
Desirable Skills:
1. 4 years of Experience in conducting API testing and automation
2. 3 years of Knowledge and experience working on HL7 FHIR is preferred.
3. 3 years of Knowledge of object oriented programming
4. 3 years of Knowledge of Load/performance testing
5. 3 years of Experience working in state agency
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $46.65 - $70.00 per hour
