Mars Wrigley Cleveland, TN is currently seeking Seasonal Production Assistant Associates for the 2025 Summer Season!
Day Shift and Night Shift opportunities available. Successful candidates must be available to work 12-hour shifts. Additional shift details will be provided in the interview process.
**12 Hour Day Shift (2-2-3 Schedule):
**
Day Shift: 7:00am until 7:30pm
This schedule repeats every two weeks.
Week 1: On Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Off Wednesday & Thursday)
**Week 2: *On Wednesday & Thursday (Off Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
**12 Hour Night Shift (3 on 3 off Schedule):
**
**Night Shift: **7:00pm until 7:30am
Work 3 Nights, Off 3 Nights, Work 3 Nights, Off 3 Nights, etc.
The Mars Seasonal Production Assistant Associate will be trained in an assigned area of a chocolate manufacturing site and will be responsible for performing various routine tasks in an assigned area, following defined standard operating procedures. The incumbents will complete a variety of tasks including cleaning, basic operation of equipment, hand packing product, monitoring controls, general housekeeping, and assisting with equipment start up, production and changeover activities.
**Principal Accountabilities: **
Performs a wide range of semi-skilled and unskilled jobs to support production operations
Performs non-maintenance tasks that are needed to maintain product flow and routine equipment operation, may include tasks such as clearing jams, cleaning screens, and disposing of defective product or raw materials
Operates area equipment or subsystems in a safe and efficient manner using established standard operating procedures
Maintains efficient operation of assigned equipment and subsystems via daily cleaning and routine adjustments
Performs cleaning and area setup
Maintains assigned work area, tools and equipment in a clean, organized and professional manner; assist other Associates in maintaining the visual workplace requirements for the entire area
Performs hand packing, including bulk pack, six pack, and end of line
Monitors, inspects, and maintains product quality while straightening rows on the main distribution line
Prepares and ships finished goods according to the established standard operating procedures
What are we looking for?
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a positive attitude
- Ability to read/comprehend written and oral instruction in the English language
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information within a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with all Company policies and procedures, including Associate safety, good safety, food handling, Quality, and Escalation procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Successful completion of a substance screening and background check
Physical Requirements:
- frequent lifting/carrying/pulling/pushing (1-50lbs.)

- frequent fine finger movements
- frequent standing
Seasonal Assignment Details:
Openings – Start with Mars April 2025 and will last through mid-August 2025
Competitive wage
Shift Premium for Night Shift $1.50
$500 End of Assignment Bonus *if eligibility requirements are met
