Job Description :
Reporting to the Global Financial Digital Controls Director, the ERP Transformation Digital Controls Manager is responsible for leading the design and implementation of financial controls as part of our ongoing digital transformation program. This position will coordinate activities across multiple projects, systems, and workstreams to ensure that Mars Inc. effectively leverages system automated controls (application and digital worker) alongside other control types and continuous controls monitoring, to deliver an effective and efficient control environment that improves financial risk management, stakeholder experience, and auditability.
What are we looking for?
- 8 - 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or risk & control roles, with a focus for at least 2 years working within SAP centric transformation programs, specifically managing or leading cross-functional financial controls workstreams.
- Detailed business process and technical understanding of SAP ECC or S / 4; SAP GRC AC / PC, Ariba, Blackline, PowerBI, Celonis preferred.
- Demonstrated background in internal controls (across all business processes), SOX, or audit is required, alongside strong management, organization, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience with privately owned, global, decentralized organizations.
- Experience with Big 4 public accounting, CPG, and manufacturing.
- Exposure to automation tools such as BluePrism and UiPath.
- Experience in human-centered design and / or design-thinking mindset and techniques would be helpful.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
