What are we looking for?
Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting, or a High School diploma (or equivalent) required in addition to 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
Knowledge / Experience
Basic Accounting skills. Previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience. Must be organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and changing environment. Intermediate Excel Skills required.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Work with Clinic Group Customers, Account Management, Vet Pillar Customers on Collections
Works with Sales & Supply teams through customer disputes
Review Aging Reports and Perform Collections Activities to resolve Past Due Accounts
Works / Updates General Mailbox Inquiries, SalesForce Cases, and calls as received
Work on payment import files
Additional projects and tasks as assigned
