Note: Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at the candidate's expense prior to starting the role. This position will be onsite a minimum of two days per week.
Project Description:
- Under the general supervision of the IT Operations Manager. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert on the administration, development, management, and support of client s Microsoft SharePoint environment and tools.
- This position plans, develops, and implements highly complex SharePoint and SharePoint related tools and technologies for use by the client business areas, and establishes technical policies, procedures, and guidelines for sound management, administration, and control of SharePoint environment and related tools.
- This position also provides project oversight and coordinates concurrent SharePoint related efforts to meet business needs.
Top Skills & Years of Experience ((8-10 years of experience in the following):
- Performing SharePoint administration (including tasks such as configuring and managing SharePoint sites, user roles, permissions and/or general maintenance.)
- Administering websites with a SharePoint backend
- Supporting and developing workflows/forms using Power Automate, Power Apps, Nintex, or similar tools.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience establishing governance, technical policies, and best practices surrounding a SharePoint environment.
- Experience serving in a team lead or trainer capacity.
