Key Responsibilities:
- Roof Inspections: Run pre-set leads and conduct a detailed roof inspections, assessing damage caused by storms, wind, hail, and other weather-related events.
- Damage Identification: Accurately identify and document roof damage, including taking photos and preparing detailed reports for insurance claims.
- Client Interaction: Explain damage findings to homeowners, walk them through the repair process, and assist them with filing insurance claims.
- Insurance Claim Assistance: Help clients navigate the insurance claim process, ensuring they have all the necessary documentation and support.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside repair teams and industry professionals to ensure clients receive timely, high-quality repairs.
- Lead Generation: Canvass the surrounding area where damage is present for more opportunities in your area of work.
We provide a 5-Week paid training program and continuous support, while sharing the knowledge MARS has gathered over the last 10 years.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in the home improvement industry.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have an SUV, VAN or Truck - Otherwise willing to obtain a truck within 180 days of employment.
