Shift : 12hr Day (36 hours) or 8/hr evenings (40 hours)
Shift Information: Will take someone for 11a-11p if they are interested or 3p-11:30p
Contract : 13 weeks

Will take someone for 11a-11p if they are interested!
8-hour evenings
Shift: 3p-1130p
OT after 48
13 weeks
1-3 years experience required
Will take someone with SNF experience, not just LTC
NY license required
BLS (AHA) required
EMR: Point Click
Common patient diagnosis: Dementia, Chronic Diseases, Diabetes

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
