Schedule / Hours : First shift 6 : 00 am 2 : 30 pm Monday through Friday (30 min unpaid lunch).

Essential Responsibilities :
Machine processing dicing, grinding including set up and data entry. Experience with height gauges / calipers and some microscope experience is a plus

The production associate may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, machine operations and shipping of transducers and probes to internal and external customers.
Performs manufacturing / assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Maintains daily production output.
Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
Participates in quality control inspections when required.
Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
May assist with training peers when required
Quality Specific Goals :
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns
Training :
Aware of and comply with training requirements,
Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation, non-conforming and; rework documentation requirements and operate within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specification.
Aware of and comply with Stop Work and Good Documentation procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
High School Diploma or local equivalent
Ability to learn packaging and small part assembly.
Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel
Ability to understand and interpret written technical information.
Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
Demonstrated ability to learn multiple product lines.
Ability to communicate using English (or local language)
Ability to handle small, delicate parts (lamination, bonding layers utilizing epoxy)
Ability to multi-task and handle tooling weighing 25 lbs. or less
Ability to comfortably use chemicals such as IPA (Acetone & Epoxies)
Ability to operate comfortably using microscope to perform job related tasks.
Ability to perform detail- oriented work and complete projects on time..
Preferred Qualifications :
5 Plus years of manufacturing experience
Experience in creating and reviewing test documents.
Crafting semiconductor devices and products
Testing products for safety and Quality assurance standards
Experience working in a medical or other compliance regulated environment.
Experience in electronic assembly with knowledge of soldering technologies and processes.
Experience and / or knowledge with metal fabrication, machining and / or molding processes
Ability to work within a controlled environment (Clean Room) in manufacturing setting.
Medical Device Manufacturing Experience is a Plus
Machining experience such as Dicing or Grinding

Must be able to physically lift (floor to wait, waist to crown level, and horizontally) up to 35lbs.
Must be able to physically carry up to 35lbs.
Must be able to physically perform simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, neck rotation, and neck flexion frequently.
Must be able to physically twist, push / pull, reach at or above shoulder height, reach below should height occasionally throughout the day.
Must be able to physically stoop, bend squat, and balance rarely throughout the day.
