Note : Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This is a mostly remote position with office visits as needed. This will typically be 1 day per week maximum .
Travel : In-state, day travel in client-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible but limited. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to client’s guidelines.

Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and people in our care.
This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.
Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance.
Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, smart phones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in client-owned vehicles is expected.
Occasional long hours are possible, but limited.

Cisco infrastructure and endpoints
Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD
Telecommunication Company management
Smart phone support
Airwatch
Apple Business Management
Video conferencing account management.
Minimally qualified applicants must have :
Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies
