We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Business Intelligence to lead our BI efforts, manage a small team of developers, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders. This role will be instrumental in developing BI tools, dashboards, and custom reports that provide meaningful insights to our internal teams and clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $105,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. - Work closely with product and engineering leaders to design and implement BI tools and interfaces that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Develop custom data tools and reports tailored to client needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and usability across all BI initiatives.
- Optimize and improve BI strategies, workflows, and technologies.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
- Experience with Looker or other BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to deliver data solutions.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
