We’re looking for a Senior Director, Client Leadership to work on a major consumer goods client. Candidates must reside in the NY Metro or Dallas area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. We’re looking for a Senior Director, Client Leadership to work on a major consumer goods client. Candidates must reside in the NY Metro or Dallas area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise on behalf of our client between the entire Publicis network of agencies to leverage the POWER OF ONE providing connectivity across the network and with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of brand plans
- Build strong relationships with the client while working closely with cross-functional teams including consumer marketing, trade development, operations, merchandising, and category managers, directors and buyers
- Act as a change agent/impact player from both an internal and external perspective – contributing to successful client and Mars United Commerce performance
- Provide thought leadership, impacting/contributing to client’s way of doing business on an ongoing basis
- Unlock areas for optimization and efficiency, where applicable, and ensure effective practices are developed and successfully implemented across internal/external stakeholders.
- Expand assigned business through identification of emerging opportunities and securing of incremental revenue and/or acquisition of new business
- Demonstrate understanding of the various levers and implications related to integrated agency planning processes, i.e., budget allocation, audience targeted, consumer/shopper behaviors and mindset, analytics/measurement.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional players within the Publicis network to develop annual business plans, setting short- and long-term strategic course for growth of assigned business
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing or advertising experience, and required agency experience in traditional consumer activities
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
- A wealth of industry knowledge including current trends, consumer packaged goods, and business philosophies
- Motivational leadership, inspiring team to deliver top performance every day against assigned business
- Strategic thinking in the development of Shopper Marketing programs and management of day-to-day business
- Sound decision making skills based in agency, client, and industry knowledge
- Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned client/business
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Some travel is required
