Job Description : [Insert short summary of role – approximately 1 paragraph]What are we looking for?We are looking for a DevSecOps architect for Integration workstream that will be responsible to establish the DevSecOps practice using appropriate toolsets and processes that will enable integration workstream to deliver at scale with agility for Mars transformation programs What will be your key responsibilities?In a complex, multiplatform environment such as Mars, the DevSecOps architect will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and our SI partner(s), including Dev teams, operations, quality assurance, and security, to streamline processes and ensure consistency across all platforms including SAP BTP, Azure IS, Solace Event Mesh, B2B technologies.Enables Integration Delivery Teams for transformation programs at Mars to ship features —at scale—rapidly, securely with the highest quality product teams can fully embrace DevOps services, automation, culture, and lean methods while keeping cost of operations low. Design and build robust CI / CD pipelines to improve developer productivity, agility, code quality, pipelines, automated testing and observability to reduce manual effort and improve product quality for an effective rollouts of integration solution for transformation programsEstablish and employ Continuous Integration and Deployment practices for the transformation programs using cloud-native managed services and DevOps tools.
