The Customer Marketing Analyst is responsible for helping Mars Food and Nutrition achieve its operating plan by supporting the development and tracking of the execution of sales go-to-market strategies. This role is a liaison between regional sales and marketing and supports the central development and implementation of new products, merchandising, new business building, and annual planning. This role will assist in projects and strategies that drive retail display growth and execution excellence through working with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to deliver merchandising opportunities. This role will also turn data and analysis into actionable customer insights that shape the business.

What are we looking for?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in Sales or Category Management
- 1 year of business analytics experience
- Experience working with syndicated data software (e.g., Nielsen, or IRI)
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- 2 years of experience in Sales or Category Management in the CPG industry
- 2 years of Business Analytics experience in the CPG industry
- Experience selling or tracking retail execution programs
- Support retail display excellence across US Retailers through tracking, reporting, and analysis of execution and ROI. Manage the display portfolio of existing and new projects.
- Assist with distribution opportunities focusing on forecasting and tracking of new item innovation and retailer reset activity. This includes supporting innovation launch readiness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on the design and execution of signature brand programs and business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to assist with materials supporting best practice sharing, annual sales planning, and innovation.
- Assist in the analysis of syndicated and attitudinal data for trends, and make recommendations on opportunities to pursue
