What do we Manufacture?
M&Ms- Chocolate and Peanut
The Production Coordinator- Green Shift creates and executes plans to accelerate building people capability. They train, coach and mentor operators to deliver the daily production plan and the 90-day plan. They are a flexible resource in their area of support and fill in as the Production Leader to ensure smooth operation of the shift, and operate equipment as needed.

- This is a Peanut Facility
- 12 Hour rotating shift between days and nights (4 days "on" followed by 4 days off)
- Day Shift: around 7am-7pm & Night Shift around 7pm- 7am

What we are looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
- High School graduate or GED
- 3 years’ experience in an automated manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Experience training others in a manufacturing environment
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.)
- Frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.)
- Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping.
- Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.
- Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
- Ability to work in varies manufacturing environments and non-temperature-controlled rooms.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Associate degree or higher in a technical/vocational field
- 5 years’ experience in an automated manufacturing environment – experience running a process using Wonderware or similar
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience with TPM/Continuous Improvement Tools
- Train and coach operators/mechanics on executing standards
- Drive process efficiency on production equipment
- Act as back up for Production Lead
- Experience in data collection and analysis
