Sr. FP&A Manager role is a Financial Leader of Cash Management for the region, leading analysis and insights of Cash, including financial shaping and forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, leading projects and initiatives that will drive achievement of regional targets (short and long term), driving standardization and simplification on internal processes, along with leveraging digital tools for decision-making.
This role is responsible for driving actions to achieve regional financial targets focused on the Cash metrics, through a partnership with all Regional Finance Areas, robust alignment with shared service groups (MGS) practices, support from (and to) cross-functional areas and global FP&A teams.

What are we looking for?
- 7 years of relevant experience with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis, business partnering and controllership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- Intermediate level of accounting experience with the ability to drive standards.
- Strong financial modeling and data management skills.

- Ability to influence and motivate all levels within the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Process and Project Management experience, ability drive change through continuous improvement.
- Excellence on Digital Tools skills (SAP, MS Office, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).
- Act as the "gatekeeper" of the Cash Management for the region across all Planning cycles. Lead periodical performance management, regular and ad-hoc financial forecast and gap closing actions.
- Finance Business partner – support all aspects of financial performance, analyzing all relevant business information to generate insights and a compelling narrative, driving actions/decision making.
- Lead Cash financial forecast, feeding local and global S&OP process, taking an active role in generating options to support decision making towards achieving 18-24 months goals.
- Continuously review and develop state of the art FP&A and Accounting processes in strong cooperation with Global Cash COE and Corporate Finance to support current and future business objectives.
- Initiate, lead and support projects which will provide insights into our current operations and future strategies.
- Lead and/or Support ad-hoc requests on the Cash space.
- Support the Digital Transformation in Finance, establishing and driving digital tools/reporting and a value creation mindset within the cluster organization.
- As key Finance member, needs to work on building an effective team to ensure a high level of engagement and performance.
