Requirements
- You must be 18 years old
- Experience and knowledge of operating different types of floor and cleaning machines, preferred
- Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
- Schedule flexibility for both day and night hours.
- A pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driving records check are required.
- Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
- Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting
- Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:
- General Cleaning
- Washing Windows
- Floor work & Carpet cleaning
- Work orders - billable and non-billable
- Power washing
- Painting
- Post construction clean up
- Assisting with route work & larger managed accounts
