An elite M&A group at a top US law firm is looking for mid-level associates to join its busy, market-leading practice in NYC. The team has a very well-regarded practice, especially in the PE space, and there are great promotion opportunities. The firm also does a fantastic job placing folks in-house.
To be considered, you will ideally have between 3 and 6 years' experience in an AmLaw 50 M&A practice, ideally with private equity experience.
