Restructuring Lawyer (Mid-Level Associate)
A heavyweight restructuring group at a top US law firm is looking for mid-level associates to join its busy, market-leading financial restructuring team in NYC.
The team has a top of shelf practice - they represent every type of constituent working down the capital stack - PE sponsors, companies, creditors, secured and unsecured lenders as well as other parties.
To be considered, you will ideally have between 3 and 6 years' experience in a top restructuring team. Experience either creditor or debtor side will be considered.
Please note that we will be able to consider lawyers currently outside the US but who are either eligible to apply for a working visa (e.g. Canadian, Singaporean or Australian citizens) or who hold a US passport or green card.
Base pay range : $260,000.00 / yr - $420,000.00 / yr
