We are seeking a talented individual to join our Superannuation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Wollongong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Superannuation Administrator will work in the Pooled Funds space, predominantly across Pensions and Member Maintenance, processing a range of superannuation administration functions while ensuring compliance with legislation and service standards.

- Conduct thorough investigations to resolve exceptions and assist with the management of escalations, breaches, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records systems for the safe storage of information, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Prepare well-structured written correspondence that aligns with corporate policies and communication protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with relevant service standards.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, scheme rules, processes, and practices.
- Proficient administration skills with experience in superannuation.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to question and look beyond the obvious.
- Knowledge of pooled funds is advantageous but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and engage with challenges.
