The Financial Well-Being Coach utilizes analytical talents to provide investment advice to participants from our current group retirement plan clients and will help individuals reach their retirement goals.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,700 to $115,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Conducting pre-scheduled virtual, 1:1 financial coaching sessions via Zoom
- Managing and providing investment advice & financial recommendations to participants who are enrolled in their company’s group retirement plan.
- Engaging in conversation to provide participants with a personalized investment review and recommendation which includes an overview of their company’s retirement plan.
- Partnering effectively with the lead Retirement Consultant to build a cohesive team to support the client offering and business growth.
- Gathering and analyzing individual client investment holdings.
- Maintaining working knowledge of suitable investment products and solutions, and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing information for virtual meetings.
- Maintaining accurate client conversations and recommendation as required by the firm, regulatory authorities.
- Adhering to the service practices and guidelines outlined in the Compliance Manual for Financial Advisors.
- Conducting business based on the rules and regulations of the regulatory entities of the banking and brokerage industry (e.g. FINRA, SEC, Internal Audit), as well as RIA and Broker-Dealer requirements (if applicable).
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field highly desired or the equivalent work experience
- 401(k) or Financial Services experience required
- Series 65/66 License (Required)
- No previous SEC Or FINRA Disclosures
- Initiative and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Communication: can communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
- Time Management: ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
