What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Builder position at Marsh Furniture Company?
Marsh Furniture Company is seeking an experienced Builder to work within our Assembly Department to assemble cabinets using a pneumatic tool/staple gun. This role reports to the Cabinet Assembly Supervisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assemble cabinets using pneumatic tool/staple gun
· Slide cases down table to Trim Out Dept.
· Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Utilize tape measure. Lay culls out.
· Report any problems or damages immediately to supervisor.
· Be able to read and follow production schedules.
· Have a working knowledge of product line.
· Keep area clean. Follow good housekeeping.
· Maintain certification in all company job and safety training required of this position.

· Accept direction from supervisory personnel.
· Ability to follow work rules, policies, and procedures.
· Willingness to accept constructive criticism.
Education and Experience:
- 3 years of related experience required
- Preferred Furniture Assembly in a manufacturing setting
- Preferred Carpentry Skills
- Ability to read tape measure
- Ability to use nail, staple and hot glue gun
