Marsh McLennan Agency is searching for an intellectual and perceptive professional to join our Employee Health and Benefits team. As an Analyst, you are a skilled communicator and client advocate adept at translating analytics to creatively design and develop business solutions. Responsibilities
- Leverage your analytical mindset to examine and evaluate existing and new business and provide recommendations for plan design and funding.
- Collaborate with the Employee Health and Benefits planning team:
- To assist with existing and prospective client presentations.
- To generate revenue via reporting, health care reform reviews, and monthly client reporting.
- To assist internal and external clients with claim analysis and counseling.
- Generate experience reports for selected accounts to assess risk upon renewal and create ad-hoc group experience reports. Assess accuracy and quality of all reports on an on-going basis.
- Maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers and clients (internal and external) through effective communication.
Qualifications

- You’re tech-savvy. You have experience and working knowledge of Excel and database-related technology.

The Perks:
We take pride in providing our colleagues with a competitive compensation package; we will honor all local and state salary thresholds. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing and a benefits package that includes paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
