Overview
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst who is committed to operational excellence. This role will collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager on annual planning, monthly forecasting, analysis of monthly sales revenue, as well as facilitate the calculation of sales compensation.

Additionally, they should strive to comprehend the underlying reasons for inquiries and uncover solutions within the intricate nature of extensive datasets.

Responsibilities
- Report, analyze, and provide proactive business insights into revenue, expense and other performance indicators.
- Collaborate with managers to understand their unique drivers, trends, and opportunities that positively transform their business.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.
- Analyze monthly revenue data and compute associated sales compensation.
- Inform and aid in company planning through detailed and accurate reporting, research, analysis, and financial operational modeling.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting, analysis and projects as needed.
- Design and develop data visualization.
- Work cross-functionally with the Information Technology department on reporting automation and process improvement initiatives with a focus on data analysis.
Qualifications

- You’re analytical. You have a collaborative mindset, and understand business, people and data analysis technology. You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Economics/Business Information Systems, or a related field. Ideally, you maintain 3-5 years of financial experience including analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and/or project management. A CPA or equivalent designation is preferred, but not required.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
