A day in the life.
As our Associate Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for the following :
- Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
- Create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary.
- Gather and compile insurance documentation from the Client into the agency management system, Applied EPIC.
- Review and maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients.
- Generate Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), C.L.U.E. (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) reports and property reports.
- Draft proposal templates.

The applicable base salary range for this role $35,360 to $67,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
