About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth in the Employee Health & Benefits space.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and selling to mid-market companies, focusing on Employee Health & Benefits and Business Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the Employee Health & Benefits market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and sell to B2B clients
- Assess and recommend Employee Health & Benefit services and solutions
- Retain and satisfy existing clientele
- Generate new client production
Requirements:
- Proven success in prospecting and outside B2B selling
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
The total rewards package includes an estimated salary of $80,000 per year, plus health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings, wellbeing programs, and employee assistance programs.
