This role will be based in Bethesda, MD or New York City, NY. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Marsh's go-to-market strategy for the US affinity business to deliver B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies aimed at gaining new sponsor clients, growing participation in programs, and increasing overall profitability.Responsibilities :
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive growth across our business verticals including Transportation, Warranty, E-commerce, and Franchise.Create compelling, content-rich customer engagement opportunities to educate affinity customers about our offerings throughout the policy lifecycle across various digital channels including emails, website, social media, paid advertising and SEO.Utilize marketing automation and digital tools to drive buying decisions, increase retention, and further cross-selling opportunities.Measure and analyze campaigns' success using data and analytics tools including supporting other marketers in evaluating their success.Manage the digital microsites for all US Affinity program and personas.Coordinate the execution of promotional activities including print, digital, webinars, conference attendance, and promotional giveaways.Work closely with sales to ensure coordination of sales and marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.Coordinate and support voice of the client surveys.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and new technologies.What you need to have :
BA degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.2 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing; a mix of copywriting, editing, and design experience required.Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and writing and editorial skills.Capable of working independently while also being highly collaborative and effective in cross-functional teams.What makes you stand out :

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
