As an Actuarial Analyst, you will have unique exposure to work alongside and learn from Oliver Wyman's industry leaders while contributing to a broad range of client projects. You will gain industry exposure with Oliver Wyman's clients, which include prestigious insurance companies, provider health systems, state regulators, and private equity firms.
Potential projects may include :
- Health insurance product development, modeling and analysis support
- Care management design and operational efficiency optimization
- Pricing assumption analysis, trend analysis, model methodology reviews
- Medical and pharmacy claims analysis, including benchmarking to applicable industry experience
- Financial reporting and valuation support
- Market simulation analyses of proposed federal and state legislation
- Mergers & acquisitions due diligence including assumption review, model build and valuation
- Feasibility studies for startup operations or expansions of new products
- Support of regulatory changes and implementation
- Analysis of value-based care and other risk-taking arrangements

The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 - $90,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, exams, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
