The Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency works closely with MMA clients to deliver exceptional customer service. The Consultant provides employee benefits expertise to help clients understand how insurance solutions can enable them to achieve their long-term strategies. In this role, the Consultant collaborates with sales professionals and insurance carrier partners to grow the success of the team and the client.

A day in the life.
- Apply working knowledge of employee benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HRA, HSA, and COBRA options
- Develop and manage long and short range benefit strategies for clients, and foster strong client relationships; may require local travel to client site
- Serve as a subject matter expert to clients in areas of Health & Welfare compliance (i.e. HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, ACA, DOL, etc.)
- Manage the RFP process for new and prospective clients as well as the renewal and implementation processes
- Coordinate, develop, and execute project plans and presentations for specific client groups
