Job Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Marsh McLennan. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service support to our clients, ensuring a smooth experience with our services and helping resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote, part-time position offering flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with a variety of issues, including account inquiries, product information, and service troubleshooting.
  • Resolve client concerns by investigating issues, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or related field, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
