Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Remote Personal Assistant to support our executives and team members at Marsh McLennan. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is able to provide exceptional administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives and team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Run errands, manage personal tasks, and support the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing online systems.
- Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
