**Director of Social Services**

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Supervise and manage a team of social workers and support staff
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Provide administrative oversight to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate care plans for individuals
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for social service programs
- Oversee program management and evaluate outcomes to drive continuous improvement
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Proven experience in social work, behavioral health, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff
- Proficiency in program development and implementation
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities compassionately
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus
