What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT position at MARSH PROPERTIES LLC?
Seeking professional, energetic, detail-oriented individual with administrative experience and great customer service skills. Primary responsibilites include, but are not limited to the following:
- Posting of rental payments and all other applicable payments to rental accounts.
- Process applications, leases, move-outs and all other applicable paperwork.
- Make collection calls.
- Run reports for use in maintaining accurate ledger accounts.
- Answer phone calls and hold conversations with residents regarding account status
Ideal candidate qualifications include:
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to be a team player and work well with others.
- Ability to think through issues and identify clear and specific solutions.
- Flexibility with schedule.
- Ability to take instruction in a positive manner.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly.
Valid driver's license, criminal background check, drug screening and references required.
